How to cancel an order?

  • To cancel your order, Please call our customer care XXXXXXXXXX from 9.00AM to 6.00PM Monday to Sunday.
  • You may also email us at Customercare@SweetsNyou.com to cancel your order.
  • Please note the orders can be cancelled up to 6PM of the same day. Orders placed after 6PM can be cancelled up to 6PM of the next working day.
  • You can cancel your order only before it is dispatched. No cancellation allowed after the order is dispatched.
 
What if I received a broken box of sweets?
  • We strive to provide best services all the time. In case you are not satisfied with the product received, you can return it to the delivery person at the time of delivery or contact our customer care @XXXXXXXXX and we will provide you a resolution.
  • We request you to check your product at the time of delivery. Make sure you check the name of the flavor listed on the box before opening it.

What is the process for a refund in case of cancellation or return?

  • The amount will be refunded to you in the form of the payment mode selected while placing the order on our website or App.
  • In case of credit card / debit card / net banking payments, the money will be refunded to your account within 10-15 working days.
  • Refunds will be made in the same form as the payment received.

How do I place bulk orders or recurring orders?

  • We request you to contact our customer care or email us at Customercare@SweetsNyou.com to place your bulk orders. Please ask for discount for orders above 5kg. You may call us any time between 9.00AM to 6.00PM Monday through Sunday.

How do I change the delivery date and time?
  • Delivery date and time can only be changed before the order is dispatched or prepared.
  • Please call our customer care # or email us at Customercare@SweetsNyou.com with your order Id and the preferred delivery date and time.
